3 Simple Recycling Drop-Off Steps

  1. No appointment necessary! Just stop by during our Business Hours:
  2. Follow Parking Instructions below:
    • As you drive and arrive to the roundabout, you’ll see ORANGE SIGNS labeled “ELECTRONICS RECYCLING” — that’s us!
    • Park at the curb + in reverse if possible. This helps our Team to help you carry in your items.
  3. Just walk through our front drop-off door on the right
    • If you’d like assistance, please walk in first and let a Team Member know what you have and that you’d like a hand!
    • Pay with either cash or credit!
  4. As a bonus, please do ask about our discounts!
    • $5 or $10 off if less than $100 of recycling
    • $10 or $20 off if $100 or more of recycling


What Phoenix Solutions Does + Doesn’t Recycle (and our Charges)

✅ For Drop-Offs of any other electronics at our Ballwin warehouse, our charges are :

  • 50¢ / lb for general electronics recycling
    • laptops, desktops, docking stations, servers, hard drives, cell phones, tablets
    • flat screen TVs & flat screen computer monitors
    • most kitchen devices like air fryers, coffee machines, pressure cookers, etc.
    • game consoles, wires, cables, batteries, DVD players, VCRs, Christmas lights, etc.
  • $1 / lb for one-off items
    • tube CRT televisions & CRT computer monitors
    • microwaves
    • treadmills
    • VHS tapes, cassette tapes, DVDs, etc.
    • copy machines, large format printers
  • $15 per printer, scanner, and fax machine for the first 30 lb (and 50¢ / lb for weight over 30 lb)


🚫 Note that electronics we cannot recycle include:

  • Light bulbs & fluorescent bulbs
  • Refrigerators & Freon-based appliances
  • Larger household appliances (washing machines, dryers, vacuum cleaners)
  • Smoke detectors
